I am extremely protective of my clients.  For this reason I maintain the highest level of confidentiality and conduct thorough research to make sure that there are no conflicts of interest with your case.  If you are having legal problems, I will stand between you and the threat: the police, the insurance company, the opposing attorney, etc. They have to go through me to get to you.

Fiercely Competitive

While I maintain good working relationships with opposing attorneys, my main objective is to get the best possible outcome for my client. Although I believe there is value in negotiations and mediations so that the parties involved can have resolution and closure, the decision of whether to settle or go to trial is always yours.  If you want a trial, you will have one, and you can expect me to fight relentlessly on your behalf.

Legal problems don’t take a break on the weekends, and neither do I.  All my clients have my personal cell phone number so that they can reach me at any time.  In exchange I ask that clients avoid calling after 9:00 pm unless it is an emergency.

Many clients have questions and concerns that go beyond their case, particularly regarding the effects of their case on their job, their family and their future.  I will always discuss these concerns with you so that we can make the best possible decision on how to proceed.  (see also “counselor” at law)

I understand that many of my clients struggle with transportation issues and hectic work schedules.  I can work with you to make meetings as flexible as possible.  I offer extended office hours and weekend availability.  I also offer a variety of meeting places in addition to my convenient location.
